Y(OUR) IMPACT
Our vision for the Kicks For Strength event was to create awareness, foster understanding, and dismantle the stigma surrounding mental illness in honor of our cherished Cameron. Our ambitious goal was to raise $20,000 to support innovation in mental health resources and initiatives.
Remarkably, we not only gathered over 400 community members on a beautiful day, united for a cause we are deeply passionate about, but as a community, we surpassed our goal by more than doubling it. The astounding amount of $43,403.52 was presented to St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation in support of the MINDS program on Tuesday, October 10th.
We find ourselves in a state of disbelief at the overwhelming success of this event. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude to each and every one of you who played a role in making this event a triumph. Whether you purchased tickets, made donations, participated as a vendor, sponsor, player, volunteer, or showed support in any other way—you are the reason behind this incredible number.
